Inside the Champittet Leadership Camp experience

Ready for a summer of growth, friendship and discovery in Switzerland? Registrations are now open for Champittet Leadership Camp 2027!

We are thrilled to announce campers can now join one of three age-appropriate summer programmes: Juniors (ages 10 to 12), Teens (ages 13 to 14) and Seniors (ages 15 to 17).

A summer of leadership, adventure and friendship

Our 2026 Champittet Leadership Camp participants enjoyed an unforgettable Swiss summer. From sailing on Lake Geneva and spending the night at a mountain refuge at Lac de Taney to crossing the Peak Walk suspension bridge at Glacier 3000 and tackling tree-top adventure courses, campers explored some of Switzerland’s most spectacular landscapes while testing their own physical and mental limits.

With leadership at its core, our summer camp also gave participants countless opportunities to build confidence, develop new skills and learn more about themselves and others. At the Olympic Museum in Lausanne, campers met Olympic athletes and discovered the importance of ambition, resilience and perseverance. At EHL, they donned their chef hats for a Master Chef Challenge, flexing their creativity, communication and problem-solving muscles. From developing their own restaurant concepts in teams to practising public speaking and business etiquette, our campers gained valuable experience and skills that extends far beyond the classroom.

Just as importantly, our leadership camp brought together young people from around the world, fostering new friendships and lasting memories over campfire evenings, disco nights, talent shows and shared adventures.
