Who is Gen Z?

Which skill does Generation Z consider as the number one skill that is needed for professional success?

Generation Z, or more commonly Gen Z for short, is the demographic cohort succeeding Millennials. Gen Z, aged 18-25, are graduating or starting work in a post-pandemic world and are setting the tone for the future of the workforce.

In a world where we are emerging from a new norm of school done virtually, Generation Z (Gen Z) Gen Z's learning persistence through the pandemic is one to be commended.

"1 in 2 Gen Z'ers say being able to handle challenging situations is the number #1 skill needed for professional success."

Gen Z, aged 18-25, are graduating or starting work in a post-pandemic world and are setting the tone for the future of the workforce.

An independent research commissioned by Nord Anglia Education show that when it comes to having a successful career, Gen Z’ers think the following skills and attitudes are the most important:

Confidence (51%)

Resilience (44%)

Team spirit (43%)

Problem-solving and critical thinking (38%)

Mental and physical well-being (35%)
