Before half term, Key Stage 4 and 5 students attended an 'Ace your Exams' workshop with Elevate Education.
This seminar outlined the critical exam skills that will allow students to excel in the exam room, and how to prepare for excellence. Students were introduced to the different types of work they can do in preparation for exams and which are the most effective. The students were shown how to identify what they may have done wrong in their recent mock exams and how to ensure mistakes are not made in their real exams. Exam room techniques included stress management, planning, time allocation and answer structure.
