On the morning of Friday 6th September, after just three weeks of working together the students of 6TC, 6KK and 6JH treated us to an assembly that was both entertaining and thought provoking.
The students presented us with an Inventors Talent Show where inventors came to pitch their inventions to our panel of famous scientists such as Darwin, Einstein and Curie. We were taken to the past with inventions such as the bicycle, the internet and Kevlar! We then had a glimpse of potential future inventors as Year 6 showed off their own Junk Modelling Inventions from their Project Work lessons.
All three classes worked tirelessly on their lines, actions and song lyrics, cooperating seamlessly. Well done to all students involved. You performed brilliantly and were extremely successful in getting many important messages across to your peers, parents and teachers. It was great to welcome so many parents to the performance and, as always, we thank you for your continued support.
