Treasurer - Josimari Afonso

With 2 girls currently enrolled at BCB, Josimari joined the school in 2016.
“I hope that by seeing our work, our kids get inspired to engage and make the difference in their community”.
Our treasurer keeps an updated track of the PTA funds, provides reports, pays bills, assures compliance with legal requirements, prepares the Annual Budget, and financial reports for the EC (Executive Committee) meetings.
Events Coordinator - Carla Gil Pereira

With 3 children currently enrolled at BCB and joined the school in 2012.

Our events coordinator is responsible for planning and organising all PTA events, fundraising campaigns, and volunteer recruitment. This role supports the treasurer in budget planning, and provides reports about the events' results and its organisation's progress.
Secretary - Vacant (under approval by election)
Responsible for the Agenda, Minutes of Meetings, and keeping a record of it, managing the new memberships and summons for General Meeting. Mainly responsible for the overall PTA communication plan.
Charity Coordinator – Tarsila Segalla Afanasieff

With 2 children currently enrolled at BCB ( Years 4 and 6 ), Tarsila joined the school in 2013. “I hope we can nurture in our kids the desire for helping and embrace their social responsibilities."
This role is responsible for planning and organising Charity Campaigns, recruiting volunteers, selecting charitable actions, and institutions. There is support for the treasurer in the budget planning, and provides reports about charitable actions and its impact.
