I am the world and US history teacher for 10th and 11th grade here at CDS. This is my seventh year in education and my first year as an international educator. My previous six years I have taught in the state of Texas, the early years of my education career were spent in the special education classroom.

The second half, I spent in an early college high school teaching upper-level advanced placement classes; the subjects included US History, Macro, and Microeconomic theory, Psychology, and financial literacy. I received my education at the University of Texas system, where I earned my undergraduates' degree in History with a minor in psychology and where I fell in love with teaching.
