I was born in San José, Costa Rica where I studied Literature, Linguistics and Spanish Education at Universidad Nacional de Costa Rica.
Upon graduation, I decided to get my Licenciatura (professional degree) at the same university because I wanted to increase my knowledge in education, technology, resources, language, and literature. I have taught since 2010.
In my free time, I work as a volunteer helping stray dogs in Desamparados San José, as well as spending time with my newborn baby, my husband, family, and pet.
I enjoy the international viewpoints and traditions from around the world that the students and teachers from different countries bring into my SSL classes.
This year, I started my master’s degree in Education specialized in Educational Administration and Development of Curriculum and Educational Policy.
