Morgan is originally from Virginia. She started her teaching career at the International Community School of Addis Ababa in Ethiopia, where she taught English to grades 9 and 10, IB English A: Language and Literature, Anthropology, and seminars for grades 11 and 12 focused on preparing students for the IB and for university respectively. She was also the adviser to the high school newspaper and developed the National Honor Society.
Passionate about international education, she relocated to Panama to join the MET in 2016. Morgan is a dynamic, student-focused English instructor who facilitates instruction with a blend of inquiry, teacher-led instruction, student collaboration, and project-based learning.
