Building upon what Clive has shared with us on Positive Education, this workshop provides a valuable opportunity to learn more about the role of coaching conversations in building well-being, mental toughness, goal striving & hope in both adults and young people.
The workshop will include:

- What coaching is and how we know it works
- The GROW Coaching Conversation Model
- Coaching Conversation Practice

Clive is a graduate of the Master of Organisational Coaching at the University of Sydney Coaching Psychology Unit. He applies ‘evidence-based coaching’ and coaching workshops in education, government & corporate settings. Clive has spoken at numerous international conferences on coaching & positive psychology and been published in the International Journal of Evidence-based Coaching & Mentoring Vol 9, 1.
