Year of the Rooster in Art

23 January 2017

To celebrate the Chinese New Year, we asked the children to create a 3D rooster for the year of the rooster.

Once again we have been amazed by the children’s artwork and their creativity. There are wooden, ceramic, play dough, paper and many more different types of rooster. There are even roosters made from gloves and recycled juice cartons.

Teachers were given the very difficult task of selecting only a few entries from each class to be displayed in the Primary foyer, however, every child that produced a piece of artwork should feel very proud of their masterpieces. Please come and view the children’s wonderful pieces of artwork in the Primary foyer.
