Families moving to Rosinka International Residences and enrolling their children to ISM will also receive a 12th month of house rental free of charge.

To qualify for The Rosinka Package, it is worth bearing in mind:
- The package is only available to new families at the time they are moving to Rosinka International Residences.
- The new family must enrol students to ISM and complete a lease agreement with Rosinka International Residences in order to be considered for the Rosinka Package reward.
