Seasons Greetings from the ISM Music Department as students from Krylatskoe Upper Campus bring cheer to St Andrew’s Church in the annual traditional Christmas Concert.

Once again, Krylatskoe Lower Campus has outdone itself by producing its greatest-ever annual Christmas Concert.

EYFS Rosinka was bursting with Christmas festivity as Reception presented a fantastic performance of ‘Stick Man’.

Since the middle of November, our Year One to Year Six students have been rehearsing spellings for the Spelling Bee Grand Final that took place on the 9th of December.

The Rosinka students of Year Five and Six showed unbelievable enthusiasm towards their production when they performed ‘Darwin Rocks’ on the 4th and 5th of December.

Once again, our Secondary students put on a magnificent performance and stunned the audience with their production of ‘Where the Fairy Tales Are’. The visually-stunning set, which involved months of preparation, made it hard to believe we were really still in Moscow.

Our Year 11 student Tim Romanchuk shares his memories about the recent MUN trip to Barcelona.

This November, our MUN team went to The JFK School in Berlin to attend the 28th Berlin Model United Nations (BERMUN). This is the second time that we have attended this prestigious conference. Once again, ISM were among the most outstanding teams at the conference.

Year Four took to the stage in frosty November and warmed the hearts and minds of their audience with blockbuster performances of ‘The Wizard of Oz’. The children sang and acted their hearts out throughout the shows.

Year Five produced an outstanding adaptation of Charles Dickens ‘A Christmas Carol’ on Tuesday the 19th and Wednesday the 20th of November. The students had to partake in a multitude of different tasks over the course of the last fortnight. Having worked co-operatively and enthusiastically, they put on a wonderful production.

Over the past few weeks, ISM students have been honing their photography skills for this year’s competition. The competition was inspired by the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT) and entrants were challenged to ‘Reveal Science, Engineering or Maths through the Art and skills of Technology.’

This year, International Week on Upper Campus was based around the theme of 'Democracy'. Students from Year 5 to Year 13 researched different aspects of democracy and explained why it is so important.
