While this can be an opportunity to explore new interests, it can also be difficult to make the right decisions. At ISM, we advise students to pursue the following strategies:
Finally, keep an open mind and remember that your interests and career aspirations may change over time. Be willing to adapt and make adjustments to your choices as needed.
Ultimately, choosing options subjects is a personal decision that requires careful consideration. By taking the time to conduct research and reflect on your choices and by keeping an open mind, you can make informed decisions that align with your ambitions.
A child’s youngest years are a jubilant journey of discovery, exploration and growth. The impact of the caring attention we provide during these youngest years will echo through the rest of their lives.
Did you know… a child’s brain is already 90-95% of its adult size before entering Primary school. They will develop a great deal yet, but the foundational structure has been set.
We were thrilled to hear from Elbina, one of our graduating Class of 2018, who was visiting Russia to spend time with her family over the New Year holiday.
Elbina, who graduated from ISM almost six years ago, has completed her Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees in Biology at the University of St Andrews, and is now midway through her PhD study in the field of medicine.
Elbina enthusiastically agreed to visit her old school to speak with our Sixth Form students, and share her expertise about what to expect from university life, how to get the best results in your degree, and those important next steps after graduation.
