With over 12 years of teaching experience, Aleksandra is passionate about helping students develop a lifelong love of physical activity and healthy living.
Having taught in four countries across the Middle East before moving to the Russia three years ago, she values working with students from diverse cultural backgrounds and believes that sport has the power to build confidence and meaningful connections. She believes that PE is about much more than fitness and athletic performance. Through engaging lessons, she encourages students to challenge themselves, work collaboratively and enjoy the process of learning new skills.
Her goal is to create environment where every student feels supported, motivated, and confident to reach their full potential.
A former gymnast and certified Pilates instructor, she brings energy, experience and enthusiasm to the lessons. She also holds a range of professional fitness certifications, enabling her to promote, safe, effective and enjoyable physical activity for students of all abilities.
