Cristian believes strongly that effective education is a reciprocal process between the students and teacher. He feels that all parties within the classroom should always strive towards learning from each other.
Cristian started his teaching career in challenging schools within Northern Scotland and England, tough environments that shaped his teaching towards empathy, being there for the students, clear boundaries and consistency. He took on board these lessons an utilized them in international teaching; first in Turkey for over seven years, and currently in Russia.
Cristian imparts his passion for the Humanities to his students, showing them a wider world, be it in the past, within contemporary society or inside the human psyche.
