Jelena started her teaching career in 2013. Growing up in Serbia, a small country passionate about sport, she fell in love with it young and chose teaching to share that joy. She believes in variety and play before early specialisation, helping kids build a strong foundation.
Jelena's vision shapes a warm learning world full of excellence, empathy, and fresh ideas. She guides every student to find their own potential, be aware of their successes, celebrate them, and help others grow into confident, kind global citizens. Drawing on child psychology, inclusion, talent spotting, smart methods, motivation, and pedagogy, she employs student voice and choice alongside evidence-based teaching practices for steady growth toward real goals.
Sport is her passion, a lifestyle for balance and resilience, not viewing it in isolation as mere competition.
She lives values like kindness, honesty, and respect, leading by example. She strives to make school a safe place where kids see and learn these daily, preparing them for life's challenges with strength.
Music, art, swimming, dancing, running, and long walks in nature keep her inspired off-duty.
