Originally from the United Kingdom, James began his teaching career in South Korea, where he taught within the British Curriculum. He holds an undergraduate degree in Business Studies and a PGCE, both earned in England. Before transitioning into education, James worked in project management and commissioning in London.
James has taught in four different countries, with Russia now being the fifth. He is thrilled to be part of the ISM community, appreciating the school’s environment, resources, and culture. He believes that everything is in place for students to thrive and reach their full potential.
Passionate about teaching, James values the responsibility of shaping young minds. He enjoys encouraging students to take risks, be ambitious, and view mistakes as valuable learning opportunities. Drawing on his extensive experience teaching across all primary levels and in diverse international settings, he strives to inspire, support, and guide his students toward success.
