She thrives on exploring new challenges and firmly believes in the potential for greatness and kindness within every student. Guided by ISM’s core values, Laeticia works to instill these principles in the students she supports, helping them build confidence and embrace the joy of learning.
A lover of Mathematics and Physics, Laeticia fondly recalls these as her favourite subjects during her time in high school and university. She earned her Bachelor’s degree in Aeronautical Engineering from the Moscow Aviation Institute, having studied in English, French, and Russian. As someone who learned in multiple languages, she understands the challenges of studying in a second or foreign language and is uniquely positioned to support ISM’s diverse student body.
Beyond academics, Laeticia enjoys discovering new cultures and broadening her global perspective. She values ISM as a space where she can both learn from and contribute to an international community.
