Ms Wendy Alp

With over 20 years of teaching experience, Wendy has dedicated her career to fostering a love of learning in students across diverse educational settings. Her journey began in Turkey, where she developed a strong foundation in early childhood and primary education. Throughout her time there, she engaged with students from the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) up to Year 8, skilfully adapting her teaching strategies to meet the varied needs of each learner. This extensive experience has significantly enriched her pedagogical approach, enabling her to incorporate diverse perspectives and methodologies into her classroom.

Passionate about creating inclusive and engaging learning experiences, Wendy strives to inspire her students to reach their full potential. By encouraging critical thinking and creativity in every lesson, she nurtures an environment where students feel empowered and motivated. Her commitment to education continuously drives her to seek new ways to connect with and inspire her students.

In her free time, she enjoys walking, dabbling in photography, and playing computer games. These hobbies not only provide her with relaxation, but also contribute to her creativity and perspective as an educator.

Bachelor’s Degree with Honours in Language and Linguistics, University of Ulster

Postgraduate Certificate in Education, Eton University
