Robert Shaw

Mathematics Teacher
Robert is a committed educator who is convinced that every student possesses the capacity for remarkable achievements. His goal is to assist students in discovering the subjects that ignite their passion. For him, a school ought to be an environment where young people feel content and eager to learn. He maintains that happy learners will evolve into contented adults who contribute positively to the world.

Outside the classroom, Robert maintains diverse interests that enrich his life. He enjoys reading books and spending time listening to podcasts on teacher development and travelling. He finds that these pursuits not only bring personal satisfaction but also offer new insights he can apply to his teaching practice. A significant part of his life involves travelling, which provides a valuable foundation and broadens his perspective.

With experience teaching in Mexico and the UK, Robert relishes the challenge of adjusting to new educational landscapes. He finds meeting new students and immersing himself in different cultures to be both stimulating and highly educational. This international background has helped him become a more adaptable and empathetic teacher, skilled at forming connections with a wide array of students.
