Victoria is a passionate and dedicated educator who has had the privilege of supporting children across a wide range of ages, from Nursery through to Year 6.
Throughout her career, she has worked alongside inspiring educators in a variety of schools in Moscow and South Korea. These diverse experiences have enriched her understanding of child development, pastoral care and effective teaching, whilst helping her to appreciate the unique qualities and potential that every child brings to the classroom.
At the heart of Victoria’s educational philosophy is the belief that children thrive when they feel happy, safe, respected and valued. She is passionate about creating a positive learning environment where children feel confident to express themselves, develop their independence and embrace new challenges. Building trusting relationships with children and supporting their personal, social and emotional development are central to her approach. She takes great pride in celebrating each child’s individual achievements and helping them recognise their own strengths.
As a lifelong learner, Victoria continually reflects on her practice. Growing up in a culturally diverse, multinational environment has given her an open-minded and adaptable perspective.
Victoria is proud to be part of the International School of Moscow and feels fortunate to work within such a supportive and collaborative community. She greatly values the knowledge, experience and enthusiasm of her colleagues and enjoys contributing to an environment where everyone is encouraged to grow and succeed.
Outside of school, Victoria enjoys getting lost in a good book, spending quality time with her family, taking long walks with her dog, travelling and discovering new places and cultures.
