Year 2 MIT Extreme Weather Challenge

The Year 2 ‘Brilliant Buildings, Amazing Architects’ showcase demonstrated the solid partnership between MIT and Nord Anglia International School Hong Kong as we tackled the Extreme Weather Challenge. The children collaborated to ideate, design, and build buildings that contribute to a successful city, but are also typhoon proof! They evaluated their work after a simulated typhoon and tinkered with their designs to enhance their structures' resilience.
