At our beautiful Sai Kung Early Years Campus yesterday, our Year 1 students had the pleasure of hosting special visitors from our local community during an engaging Chinese and PE lesson. The pupils had the opportunity to interact with elderly members from the Sai Kung Community Centre. They participated in meaningful activities relating to what they have been learning in their PE and Chinese lessons, whilst also fostering intergenerational connections and promoting
meaningful communication.
The collaboration between our school and the Sai Kung Community Centre serves as a meaningful initiative, fostering inclusivity, respect, and cultural exchange and it is a partnership we draw on and nurture throughout the school year as we celebrate Mid-Autumn festival, Chinese New Year, and sharing special performances.
