Secondary Campus Weekly Update 5 Oct 2026

Dear Parents,
I hope you enjoyed the long weekend following National Day and had the opportunity to spend quality time with family and friends.
Last week, we were delighted to welcome our Year 11 students to the Sixth Form Campus in Hung Hom. The visit provided a valuable opportunity for students to explore the facilities, gain a deeper understanding of Sixth Form life, and begin to envision their future academic journey. It was wonderful to see students engaging with the campus, asking thoughtful questions and embracing the exciting opportunities that lie ahead as they prepare for the next stage of their education.
This week, we are looking forward to welcoming prospective families to our Open Day on Saturday, from 10:00am to 12:00pm. The event provides a wonderful opportunity to showcase our school community, learning environment, and the many opportunities available to our students. We would also like to extend our sincere thanks to the many students who have volunteered to support departments throughout the morning. Their enthusiasm, confidence and willingness to contribute are a true reflection of our school's values, and we are grateful for the important role they play in helping visitors experience life at NAIS Hong Kong.
Wishing everyone a wonderful week ahead.

Y11 HH Visit Reflection – Miss. Campbell
The transition to Sixth Form is an exciting milestone for our Year 11 students, and on Wednesday 30th September they had the valuable opportunity to visit our new Sixth Form Campus in Hung Hom.
During the visit, students met Mr. James Roscoe, who introduced the ethos, vision, and unique learning experience offered at the Sixth Form Centre. He provided an insightful overview of what students can expect as they progress into Key Stage 5, highlighting both the academic opportunities and the wider personal development experiences available.
Students also heard from two current Year 12 pupils, who shared their experiences of choosing post-16 pathways and offered a first-hand perspective on daily life at the Sixth Form Campus. Their presentations provided an authentic insight into the transition process and the opportunities that Sixth Form education can provide.
The visit concluded with a guided tour led by members of the Student Leadership Team, who showcased the campus's outstanding facilities and learning environments. This enabled our Year 11 students to gain a genuine sense of the vibrant and supportive community they may join in the future.
It was particularly encouraging to see the visit spark meaningful conversations about post-16 education. Our students engaged enthusiastically throughout the morning, asking thoughtful and insightful questions about Sixth Form life, future pathways, and the opportunities available to them. We hope this experience has inspired them to begin reflecting on their ambitions and to look forward with confidence to the next stage of their educational journey.
