Facilities access comms to families

Here at NAIS Pudong, we are proud of our wonderful facilities and of the major improvements that we have made over the previous two years to our campus.  We would now like to share these facilities with our family community starting on May 9th 2025. 

Our fitness suite and tennis courts will be available on weekday mornings from 6:00 till morning lessons start, and they will continue to be open from after ASAs to 21:00. On the weekend, these two facilities will open all day. (Above timings only apply when school functions/events are not taking place, detailed time please refer to monthly newsletter) 

 
On the other side, our swimming pool will be available after ASAs till 19:00, from Tuesday to Wednesday each week. On weekends, it will be open on Saturday noon, so that everyone can come to exercise and relax in their spare time.

Students in Year 11 and above will be permitted to access our facilities on an independent basis, following sign-up procedures with Assistant Head teachers.  Students who are Year 10 and below must be accompanied by an adult at all times. 

 
Student safeguarding

 In order to access our facilities all family members who wish to use our facilities must:

Register in person at the main reception desk

Have a photograph taken by our school receptionist

Read and sign our site access policy

Having completed the above steps, family members will be issued with a lanyard, to be worn with their parent pass.

 Please note that family members wishing to use designated school facilities will be required to present parent passes (with distributed lanyards) to duty guards upon arrival. Likewise, families will also be required to sign in and out at the guardhouse.  Prioritising student safety, no exceptions will be made for either of these requirements.
