Assessment and Reporting Workshop: Year 1 to Year 6

On Wednesday, 13 November, at 8.50am, Elizabeth Westwood, Head of Primary, will be hosting a workshop in Stage One on what you can expect from reports and assessments in Years 1-6 this year.

We understand that there have been a number of changes to reports over the last few years and so, after receiving feedback from both teachers and parents, we have carefully evaluated them to produce something meaningful for you as parents. We would like to take this opportunity to share with you our redesigned reports and what you can expect to receive at various points during the year.

In addition to this we have amended both our student report and student assessment schedule in order to allow teachers to share data with parents more meaningfully.  Under our new schedule, reports will be sent home to parents prior to our parent teacher conferences for both Report 1 (November) and Report 2 (April).  We are confident that this will help facilitate more valuable discussions, further supporting students’ progress.
