In Maths we will develop our learning about measures and learn how to record answers to practical problems involving length. The children will use non-standard units of measurement such as blocks and cubes and standard units such as centimetre and metre.

We will be investigating different types of materials and their properties. The children will plan, undertake and record scientific experiments that will aid in their understanding of the properties of the various materials.

The children will learn how to code and develop their coding skills through a computer programme on laptops.  They will learn that they can make an item move by giving it clear instructions.

This week the children will talk and reflect positively on what they achieved this year. These may be academic achievements in class, they might be sport or music based. Perhaps they have made some new friends.
