Picnic & International Week in Nursery

What a wonderfully busy week we have had in Nursery! The children have had a fantastic time investigating countries from all around the world as we celebrated International Week together. A huge thank you to our Nursery parent volunteers who came into school to talk to the children about their home countries!

On Wednesday we rounded off our ‘Bears’ topic with an amazing trip to Chaoyang Park. We are so proud of all of our little ones for being incredibly sensible on our first Nursery school trip, they listened really carefully and followed instructions so well. We all enjoyed playing teddy bear ring games, it was simply brilliant to see so many of our parents joining in with our ‘Honey Pot’ and parachute games!

Thank you to the parents who came along to support us and for donating food to create a delicious picnic, we really appreciate your help. The children could not believe it when Winnie the Pooh made a surprise appearance, this was definitely the highlight of the morning and there was nothing better than seeing the wonderful smiles lit up on the children’s faces! Thank you Winnie the Pooh for making the children’s (and teacher’s) morning!
