Year 1 have followed step by step instructions as they think about how to plant a flower. They used different equipment to help them along with this process as they note their findings in their Bean Plant Diary booklets and also think about what a plant needs in order to survive.

Not only did they plant their own gardens but they also role played in the flower shop as they named common flowers and matched them accordingly. Lastly they also created flower doilies using paper doiles and pipe cleaners. Lots going on already!
