Nursery children are now able to find the correct shape when they hear the word of a shape in Chinese. They also have learnt and enjoyed a Chinese song named "形(xíng)状(zhuàng)歌(gē)".
Children in Year 3 Native Group 1 talked about methods of seed dispersal after they have learnt the text of "植(zhí)物(wù)妈(mā)妈(mā)有(yǒu)办(bàn)法(fǎ)".
Year 4 children in Non-native Group 3 were challenged to design Chinese characters in a creative way. They hope that foreigners could be able to recognise Chinese characters at a glance through their design.
