I found my love of teaching when I worked in The British School of Beijing, Shunyi as a Teaching Assistant. I continued to live and work abroad in Russia, America and Malaysia. China however, is my all-time favourite. I returned to England to get my teaching qualifications and I obtained my BA honours in Childhood Studies in University of East Anglia and my SCITT Primary PGCE in University of Suffolk. I then worked as a Reception/ Year 1 teacher in Norfolk.
It is important to me, to develop children’s love of learning and to use their interests to make engaging, exciting lessons that brings fun into the classroom.
I am an outgoing person who loves travelling and exploring new places. I recently travelled across Vietnam, North to South, on a moped and I cannot wait to see more of China. To relax I like to play rugby and socialise with friends and family.
