BISC Lincoln Park Students Featured on WGN9

December 15, 2015

  • WGN9 121515

With the holidays, comes a diverse array of traditions from around the world. Two of our British International School of Chicago, Lincoln Park students teamed up with Cultural Care Au Pair on WGN9 to share about a variety of craftsmaking traditions around the globe. For Years 1 & 4 students, Zemme and Jake, they got to present about the Swedish Festival of the Lights and the delicious pastries that go with the celebration.

Asked what she thought of the sweet rolls, Zemme said, "They're kind a good," which was felicitously confirmed by her older brother Jake.

Celebrating traditions from around the world aligns with the benefits from Nord Anglia Education's Global Campus, which connects students in our Lincoln Park community with more than 34,000 students worldwide.  To learn more about our program, please visit our Global Campus site and also stop by for an admissions tour too.
