Cool as Ice

  • hockey-1

It's no secret.

Chicago loves hockey.

So, it makes us particularly happy when we hear about students at BISC Lincoln Park gearing up, picking up their sticks, and hitting the ice.

"Dylan's team made it to the championships Wolf cup tournament in the under 8 division for hockey," said Proud Polar Bears mom Rachel P.  "We are very proud of all the hard work and discipline that he has demonstrated."

As a Year 2 student, Dylan has accomplished many great things at our school, even appearing in a recent video for our STEAM do-it-yourself activity series. Yet, it's the things he does beyond the classroom that help capture his spirit of being ambitious, especially when it involves team work.

"These little boys spend alot of time on the ice practicing," said Rachel. "They're having a lot of fun."

Go, Dylan!
