We always enjoy learning about what our students are up to outside of the classroom.

This weekend Theo P. in Year 2 made his very own lemonade stand and gave all of the profits to Urban Rivers.

In January 2018 Vikram in Year 1 participated in the Japan Airlines HAIKU Contest for ages 5-13 year olds and submitted his winter themed pine tree entry . His entry recently won a prize as announced on April 2018 which included an Award certificate, a Japanese Color pen set and a personalised diary to write his memoirs. Vikram's entry will compete with other entries from all over the world with the top 3 winning entry featured on the JAL inflight magazine and a prize.

The topic for the contest was on "Living things"  so Vikram made a snowman surrounded by pine trees and wrote his entry with a mix n match of words and expressions .

Well done to both Theo and Vikram on their successes!
