I have worked in a variety of pediatric settings, with my caseload ranging from premature babies with feeding difficulties, to secondary aged children with learning difficulties. Prior to moving to the United States, I was working within a Child Development Team (CDT) in Buckinghamshire, England. In that role the main part of the job was working with other pediatric specialists, diagnosing children with a wide variety of communication and language difficulties. Working in the CDT, I spent much of my time in primary school settings, ensuring a smooth transition for the children. This involved providing therapy and support of their communication and language needs, working closely with the teaching staff.
At BISC-LP, I work with children who need language, communication, or phonological awareness support, as well as provide advice regarding children with speech sound errors.
