Year 1

The Outstanding Owls and the rest of Key Stage 1 have been working hard over the last few weeks to prepare for their season themed concert. The Owls combined their learning in Music and Dance with performances related to winter and summer. They have also worked hard on their Art Institute display based on the painting “The Herring Net.” They have painted a wonderful underwater backdrop complete with Math coordinates to identify the position of the sea creatures.

Year 2

We had lots of fun participating in the "Performathon" on Friday.  We came to school dressed in a musical theme - some of us were pop stars and others famous composers.  We then watched other year groups sing and play instruments before we took our turn in the spotlight!
