This year is a unique one, as we run a “closed door fayre” with the many games and fun activities entirely organized and supervised by our senior school students. This is such an amazing opportunity for our seniors to show leadership and organization skills, alongside creativity and entrepreneurship.
Students are currently brainstorming with their tutors activities and games appropriate for a wide age range, from early years to teenagers; they are preparing their stalls, budgeting, and making their own “working shifts”.
Our Parent Association, supportive as always, will replace the outside vendors, who are not allowed this year to enter the campus, by running a Christmas Bake and Gift sale during the fayre.
Last, but not least, ( shhhhh it’s a secret! ) children will have a chance to meet Santa and take a photo with him is in his grotto!
A significant part of the Fayre is the fundraising for worthwhile causes; this year we are pleased to announce that the charity chosen Hopeful Hearts. We are hoping that this event will raise a significant amount through the games, Santa’s Grotto and bake sales to donate to those in need.
Since you will not be able to accompany your children on campus this year, we will sell activity tickets in advance to avoid younger children carrying cash with them; however, we do want to ensure none of our children are left out and all students will receive activity tickets to try 3 games for free. We do encourage you to buy additional tickets, to support our worthwhile causes. There will be around 15 -20 different games and activities run by students. Please scan the QR code below to purchase the tickets and please don’t forget to write clearly the child name and year group.

Our staff will help guide younger children through different stalls and, if booked, to take their photo with Santa.
The QR code will be available on the day for our older students to pay for additional activity tickets.
We are looking forward to you helping us make the event a very successful one! Please stay tuned for news and photos via our social media channels, including in TChat.
Let’s make our Christmas Fayre a fun filled day for our children!
