“At the end of the day, the most overwhelming key to a child's success is the positive involvement of parents.” Jane D. Hull.
Thank you to those parents who were able attend our recent Arabic and International Primary Curriculum Parent Workshops. As always, the presentations and useful resources have been shared on Class Dojo. Upcoming workshops include: supporting your child’s learning in each Mile Post, STEAM education and Mathematics.
The purpose of these workshops is to provide useful information, strategies and resources to help you best support your child at home. With that in mind, I’d very much welcome your suggestions for future Parent Workshops for next term. You can either catch me at the start or end of the school day or via email at firstname.lastname@example.org
School in Action
We also look forward to welcoming our families into school for our ‘School in Action’ morning. This is a great opportunity for you to participate, along with your child, in lessons from across the Primary curriculum. This will take place on Tuesday between 7:30 am – 9:30 am. Tea and coffee will be available in the reception area before and after each session.
Learning Celebration Assembly
Throughout the year we take opportunities to recognise and celebrate student successes both in and outside of the classroom. Last week saw our first learning celebration assembly of the year, where students from across Primary were highlighted for excellence in International Primary Curriculum lessons. Over the term, we will be celebrating successes in English, Mathematics, Science Languages and PE.
Have a wonderful week!
