North Broward Preparatory School was also recently recognized as a Barkley Forum Member School for its programmatic success. “1963 marked the first year that the Barkley Forum awarded memberships, also known as chairs, to high schools, and since then, two hundred seventy-eight schools have been awarded membership. Memberships are another way of honoring quality performance. Schools are considered for membership after at least two years of better than average performance.” In the last few years, North Broward Prep has experienced meteoric growth - not only in terms of winning multiple national titles and top speaker awards, but by growing the numbers in Policy and Public Forum to a sustainable tradition of excellence. This is a testament to the hard work our student leaders have put into perfecting their craft and teaching younger generations, as well as to our coaching staff, Mr. Awsare and Mr. Ferguson, who supports these students unconditionally. Congratulations to the following students in their recent debate tournaments. Congratulations to the following students in their recent debate tournaments.
