We encourage you to apply early, both to secure priority consideration and to ensure that your student arrives on time and with proper visa documentation.

How to Apply to Our Boarding Program

Joining the Windermere Preparatory School Boarding Program is simple. Follow the three steps below to complete your application. If you have any questions along the way, our Admissions Team is here to help.

Step 1: Complete the Online Application

Begin by completing our Online Application Form here.

Step 2: Submit Your Supporting Documents

Once you've submitted your online application, email the required supporting documents to Amy DeBakey, Boarding Admissions Manager, at amy.debakey@windermereprep.com:

Official transcripts from the current school year and the previous two years
- One official copy in the original language
- A corresponding certified English translation (if applicable)
Standardized test results from TOEFL, TOEFL Jr., IELTS, Oxford Online Placement Test (OOPT), or other approved standardized tests
English teacher recommendation from your current school
Math teacher recommendation from your current school
Copy of the student's passport
Bank statement or proof of financial support (required only if requesting an I-20)

Step 3: Complete Your Student Interview

Once we've received your application and supporting documents, our Admissions Team will contact your family to schedule a student interview.

Most admissions decisions are communicated within 48 hours after both your application and interview are complete.

There is no application fee.
