Welcome to our Parent Portal (PP)

What is the Parent Portal?

The PP is a password-protected website only available to parents at our school. You can access it via our main website, or by using the web address: https://parent-hongkong.nordanglia.com

How do I access the PP?

A letter has been sent home with your child. The letter contains a unique registration number and password. Please go to the REGISTER button and use the registration number and password. You will be asked to use a username and new password in future to access the PP.

Is the PP confidential?

Yes. You can only access your child’s details by using your username and password.

If I have two children will I have two passwords?

No. Each family will receive one password and you will be able to view both (or all) your children on this site.

What features can I see on the PP?

The site will be developed gradually and we will add new features over the next few months.

The first features you will be able to see are:

Your child’s contact details (you can edit your email and mobile number by yourself by clicking on CONTACT DETAILS>My Contact Information and using the EDIT button - see above)
Your child’s timetable, and house points and rewards (You can access this by clicking on REPORTS)
Your child’s Mid-Term Report on Monday 9 March only and in future, other school reports (You can access this by clicking on REPORTS)
Access to teacher emails (You can access this by clicking on SCHOOL DIRECTORY)

As the site develops, we will upload school letters, policies, news, trip information and relevant medical information.
