Throughout my career I have taken part in numerous development opportunities and have developed a particular interest in Assessment is for Learning, Visible Learning and Growth Mindset. I ensured that all pupils in my care feel nurtured, included, challenged and supported. I have high expectations of pupils and encourage them to be the best that they can be at all times. I create lessons which are engaging, motivating and help pupils to develop the skills they will require for the world of work. I promote a positive ethos of respect, understanding and compassion for others.
I am very much looking forward to working with the pupils, parents and staff of NAIS and I hope to make a positive contribution to an already very successful school. Out of school, I enjoy spending time with my family, hiking, playing football and trying to play golf!
