Mr Lester has a first class honors degree in Primary Education from Roehampton University in London. He specialised in early childhood development and after graduating, spent the next four years teaching children from nursery to year two in London. He then moved to Spain to teach for three years at an international school in Madrid, where he learnt to speak Spanish fluently.
Mr Lester prides himself on being a 'firm but fun' teacher - setting clear boundaries and having high expectations for students within a calm and trusting environment. Teamwork and kindness are at the centre of his approach and his students are encouraged to respect themselves, each other and their environment.
His hobbies include sports of any kind, singing and travelling to new places and he is very excited about exploring Hong Kong and starting at Nord Anglia school.
