Mr. P. Budzinski

Mr. P. Budzinski

4D Class Teacher

Mr. Budzinski has a BEd in English Language Teaching and an MA in English Philology (Applied Linguistics) from Wrocław University in Poland.

At the beginning of this career, Mr. Budzinski taught EFL in a secondary school and a Further Education college in Poland. After moving to the UK, he completed the Overseas Trained Teachers Program and was awarded the QTS. Mr. Budzinski worked as a primary teacher in state and independent schools in the UK for six years. Prior to NAIS, he was teaching at The British School in Warsaw for eight years.

In my early career, I taught English as a Foreign Language to secondary students and adults for four years. For the next 14 years, I have worked as a primary class teacher across Key Stage 2. Throughout my career I have led a range of subjects, including Science, ICT and Mathematics. I have also run chess and robotics clubs and organised school competitions in these areas.

My educational philosophy is that effective teaching and learning empowers young people to become inquiring, independent and lifelong learners as well as active citizens who want to make a positive difference in the world. I am an enthusiastic teacher who inspires students to be ambitious in their learning to reach their full potential.

I have versatile interests, including music, history, mathematics, science, ICT and sport. During the holidays, I enjoy hiking in the mountains and visiting places of historical interest.
