Mr. C. O'Brien

5E Class Teacher

Mr O’Brien is from Cork City in Ireland, and has lived in the United Kingdom and Qatar. He graduated from University College Cork with a Bachelor of Law, and completed a PGCE course at the University of East London. He has taught at schools in Ilford and Stratford East, London and Qatar.

London was an exciting place to live for Mr. O’Brien, with a plethora of cultural diversity. He loved finding out about the traditions and customs of his students. This is one of the main reasons why he chose to pursue a post at an international school in Qatar and now Hong Kong.

Mr. O’Brien has loved teaching in Hong Kong and at NAIS for the past few years. He has really enjoyed pushing himself and his students in a caring and creative environment.

Mr. O’Brien enjoys reading, writing, watching and playing sports and hiking. He loves Hong Kong and enjoys spending time with his friends going for hikes and going to the beach.
