Mrs. K. Silver

Head of EAL

Mrs Silver graduated from the University of Newcastle and East Anglia and has continued her studies focusing on teaching English as an Additional Language (EAL). She has taught in a number of different countries including the UK and Dubai and came to Hong Kong from New Zealand. She has taken on a number of coordinator responsibilities during her career and has been able to combine her studies and passion for language support into her role as Head of EAL.

Mrs Silver is passionate about making classrooms a space that reflect the learning of all pupils and creating a place for students to grow and learn together. She relaxes by reading, knitting and cooking and getting out and about in the cooler weather walking, swimming and paddle boarding.
