Ms Grevis-James holds a Bachelor of Fine Art from RMIT University, Melbourne and a Post-Graduate Bachelor of Teaching from Deakin University, Melbourne.
She has a range of experience as an Art educator, from working as a Year 2 class teacher and Art Coordinator at a Primary school in London to managing School Education Programmes at the Australian Centre for Contemporary Art and the Incinerator Gallery in Melbourne. Ms Grevis-James joined Nord Anglia International School Hong Kong in 2017 and currently teaches at all three campuses.
Ms Grevis-James loves teaching Art, especially for Early Years and Primary students, as she admires their inherent creativity and imagination. Building students’ confidence and skills in creating and self-expression, while fostering a life-long appreciation of art, is at the centre of her teaching philosophy.
In her spare time, Ms Grevis-James enjoys visiting art exhibitions, making painting and ceramic works and gardening.
