I am so excited to be joining NAISHK this summer. My husband and children have been at the school since it opened so I already know about the Christmas singing competitions, Books and Buns and Spooktakular! I will be joining the English Department in the Secondary school. I have been in education for over 20 years as a teacher and examiner. I have taught at a variety of schools in a range of countries: UK, Russia, China and here in Hong Kong. I have been an examiner of English for many years assessing IBDP, A’ Levels and IGCSEs. I also deliver training around the world helping teachers improve their teaching. I am passionate about English and I’m thrilled to be able to share some of my favourite texts with students at NAISHK. When I am not teaching or marking exams, I love playing tennis, watching football and, of course, reading for my Book Club.
