Miss Wreghitt has a BSc Joint Honours degree in Geography and Sports Science and Post Graduate degree in Physical Education from Loughborough University. After qualifying as a teacher in 2015 she taught in Wimbledon for two years before moving to teach in Hong Kong. She was head of Primary PE for two years at her first school in Hong Kong before she came to join the team at NAIS.
One of her goals is to try and help all children find a sport for life and foster a love of being active, with the hope that it will instil a healthy and active lifestyle in them for the future.
She has competed in a number of different individual and team sports and is currently competing internationally in CrossFit. As a CrossFit athlete, she believes she promotes the importance of a healthy balanced lifestyle alongside educating all children on a healthy body image. She hopes her experience as an athlete and teacher can inspire others to challenge themselves physically and mentally.
