Ms. S. Sweetman

S. Sweetman

Drama Teacher & Sandringham House Tutor

Miss Sweetman graduated from London South Bank University in 2013 with a First Class BA (Hons) in Drama and Performance Studies. She was also the founder of the university’s Dance Society. She qualified as a teacher in 2015, with a PGCE in Performing Arts at Devon Secondary Teacher Training Group, teaching Drama at a school in Islington, North London for three years. While there, she co-directed and choreographed the whole school productions of Oliver!, We Will Rock You and Grease.

Recently, Miss Sweetman completed training in New York with the Juilliard School of Performing Arts. As part of the  Drama Department, she will be leading the Juilliard Dance Programme for the school.

My passion is in musical theatre. As well as visiting the theatre in my spare time, and singing, I also enjoy yoga. I am very excited to start at NAIS and can’t wait to see what exciting opportunities Hong Kong will bring!
